Glamour Grout is awesome and so is the owner, Lori Aleman. 

My home has tile that is 20+ years old and the  once beige grout is now dark, almost black. I thought my only option was to pull it all up and re-do it, which is quite costly and creates quite the mess and inconvenience. Since I work from home, that was not an option. Then I saw the ad for Glamour Grout and decided to give them a call and quickly concluded that I had made the right choice.

When Lori offered to come to my house and do a small test area to show me the product, I jumped at the chance. Who even knew that recoloring your grout was an option, not me? One look at the finished product, and I was hooked. The colorant not only covered up the ugly black grout but has given so much brightness to my house that it feels brand new again. 

Lori helped me pick a color that blended with the tiles to avoid the checkerboard effect grout lines often give. The whole place looks much more open. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who is genuine and acts in your best interests. Not only was Lori a pleasure to have around, but she was also always punctual and friendly, explained things clearly, showed attention to detail and, always left everything neat and tidy.
